The specialised service desk is a small offshoot in the Nordea support structure, offering support only to the employees on the trading floor and their critical financial applications.
I was involved in testing and quality assurance of a large and complex IT solution. I acted as the link between the customer, their business needs, and our technical solution. Additionally, I was responsible for developing test designs and functional test execution on the project.
Starting in 2022, I've been working with Racing Kids as a freelance consultant. I was tasked with analyzing their business needs and improving their product import workflow to save time. I took over the project from a previous agency and helped with the required knowledge management tasks, all while co-creating and presenting with the owner of Racing Kids.
From 2018 to 2022, I served as a UX/IT consultant for Hjorths Badehotel, where I provided IT support and optimized processes while also consulting on user experience and interface design to improve customer satisfaction and drive revenue.
I worked as an IT Support Specialist at ITSS Group Technology for Nordea from 2016 to 2019. I was responsible for incident and risk management, onboarding new team members, and collaborating with IT departments across several countries. I always aimed to maintain a high service level and meet SLA targets.
In 2015-2016, I worked as a Brand Ambassador for Gorm Larsen Nordic where I was in charge of sales and presentations of hardware, including computers, printers, VR headsets, and more. I also performed bookkeeping, managed exhibitions, and conducted mystery shopping.
I have experience as a webmaster, having worked with Restaurant Rusk as a freelance consultant from 2014 to 2018. I implemented web design improvements, integrated the website with social media and other platforms, maintained website security protocols, and monitored analytics to provide performance reports. I provided technical support and resolved any website-related issues that arose.
The master's program in Digital Design and Interactive Technologies provides a broad understanding of digital design processes from the initial studies of the design domain to testing and implementation. In-depth knowledge of data visualization, context and user analysis is provided, as well as understanding of the role digital designs and services play in our society and culture today and in the future.
Global Business Informatics is an interdisciplinary programme with the goal of teaching students where to see new possibilities in digital technologies with respect to their application in society. With my degree in Global Business Informatics, i worked with sustainable development of IT-processes in private enterprise, public institutions, and Non-Governmental Organisations in large and small projects.
