Motivational Factors in FLOSS
The first section of the findings cover the various motivational factors that have to be considered as critical in understanding the complex landscape that is FLOSS projects. Understanding and discussing your motivations among project members is an important step in aligning goals and hopes for your respective project, and will almost certainly result in more coherent decisions in the project, also regarding design choices.
